Rose-red double blooms (up to 35 petals) have crimson shading and offer minimal to no fragrance; Blooms are in large clustered and cupped form; Prolific, blooms in flushes; Well branched with medium green foliage. Strong grower and good for cut flowers. Bred by Marie-Louise (Louisette) Meilland (France, before 1965). Introduced in United Kingdom by Wheatcroft in 1967 as 'Tamango'.
